I lost access after reinstalling / switching devices. Open the purchase screen and tap "Restore purchase" — this restores your one-time unlock via the App Store or Google Play, no account needed.
Where are my saved documents? On your device's Files area, in the PETinerary folder. Deleting a trip or pet in the app never deletes these files — they're yours to keep.
A date or rule looks wrong. PETinerary is a planning aid, not an authoritative source — regulations change and vary by case. Please verify with official sources and your vet before you travel, and email us the details so we can check it.
Does PETinerary work offline? Yes — it's designed to make zero network calls. Everything works without a connection.
Bug reports
The more detail the better: your device model, OS version, app version (shown at the bottom of the "Before you begin" screen), and the steps that led to the issue.
