PETinerary

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 21, 2026 · MMP Collaborative

PETinerary is built to keep your information on your own device. We do not collect it, we do not transmit it, and we have no servers that receive it. This policy explains exactly how the app handles data — in plain terms.

The short version: Everything you enter — your pet's details, dates, expenses, and any documents you scan or attach — stays on your device. PETinerary has no analytics, no trackers, no advertising, and no account system. Nothing you enter is sent to us or to anyone else.

Who we are

PETinerary is published by MMP Collaborative ("we," "us"). For any privacy question, contact us at mmpcollaborative@gmail.com.

Information you enter stays on your device

PETinerary is a planning tool. The information you provide — including your pet's name and details, vaccination and travel dates, trip and route information, expense entries, and any receipts or documents you scan or attach — is stored locally on your device. On the app, documents are kept in PETinerary's own folder in your device's Files area; other information is stored in the app's local storage. On the web version, this information is stored in your browser's local storage on the device you are using.

This information never leaves your device through the app. We do not have access to it, and we cannot see, retrieve, or recover it.

What we do not collect

Documents and photos you add

When you scan or attach a receipt, health certificate, or other document, the file is read and saved locally on your device only. It is not uploaded to us or to any third party. Deleting a trip or a pet in the app does not delete these saved files from your device's Files area — they remain your property, and you can view, keep, or remove them yourself. Using "Reset app data" erases the app's stored entries; on the app, your saved document files in your Files area are not deleted.

Feedback and bug reports

If you choose to send feedback or a bug report, PETinerary opens a draft in your own email app addressed to us. You can see exactly what it contains and edit it before sending, and you can choose whether to include a short technical line (the app version and your device type, e.g. "app · iPhone") to help us diagnose issues. Nothing is sent unless you send it yourself. If you email us, we receive the contents of that email and use it only to respond and to improve the app.

Purchases

PETinerary offers a one-time purchase to unlock full features. Purchases are processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play through their own billing systems. We never receive or store your payment details. The app only learns whether your purchase is active so it can unlock features. Your purchase is governed by the applicable store's privacy policy and terms.

Links to official sources

PETinerary includes links to government agencies, airlines, and military resources so you can verify requirements. When you tap one, your device's browser opens that site, and that site's own privacy policy then applies. We do not send any of your information to those sites; they simply open like any other web page.

Children's privacy

PETinerary is intended for adults managing pet relocation and is not directed to children. Because the app collects no personal information at all, it collects none from children.

Data security and retention

Because your information stays on your device, its security is tied to your device's own protections (such as your passcode, biometrics, and device encryption). Your information remains until you delete it in the app, delete saved files yourself, or remove the app. We retain nothing on our side because we receive nothing.

Your choices and rights

You are in full control of your information. You can edit or delete any entry, remove saved documents from your device's Files area, or use "Reset app data" to clear the app's stored entries. Uninstalling the app removes its local app storage from your device. Since we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing on our side to request, correct, or delete; any applicable data-protection rights are satisfied by the on-device controls described here.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the app handles information, we will update this policy and revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected in the app and on this page.
